We at Jainco are in the unique position since we integrate all the
functions of UV curing technology for the user. We are the
manufacturers of UV curing equipment, UV coating and curing equipment,
UV curing machine, curing system, roller coater, UV spot coater, screen
printing machines, IR drying, combination drying and UV varnish. We
also provide coating services for UV coating and aquous coating. We
are located in India and we are also exporter and suppliers for all
these products. We also manufacture silver scratch ink used for
telephone scratch cards, gaming tickets, and lotteries.

We are manufacturing UV coating and curing equipment for the print
finishing industry. We have been pioneers in introducing roller coaters

UV curable coatings:
We at Jainco manufacture a whole range of UV varnish, UV curable
coating, UVOPV for gloss, high gloss and for special effect like sand
finish, grain finish, leather finish, glitter finish, structure finish.
Some of these effects varnish can be applied using roller coating,
screen printing, offset printing, varnishing machine and flexo. We are
also exporting all our products regularly. These uv coatings can be
applied using roller coater, varnishing machine, offset inkduct, offset
dampener, flexo, screen and many more methods and can be used for full
coating as well as spot coatings.
Metal Pretreatment Chemicals
We at Jainco have been manufacturing metal pretreatment chemicals for
over 40 years now. We have some unique products like cold blackening
chemicals, chemicals for export worthy phosphating, degreasing cum rust
preventive products, liquid degreasers at room temperatures, water
based sealants, cleaners cum rust preventives etc. etc. Also, we can
assist you in terms of the technology and plant design and set-up.
Promoter’s background:
Promoter, Mr. Ajay K. Jain, is BTech Chemical Engg from IIT Kanpur,
M.S. Chem. Engg from Syracuse University , NY, USA. He has worked for
many years in the semiconductor industry with photoresists. He has been
associated with radiation chemistry since 1982 at many levels –
research in photopolymers as light guides, industry work on
photoresists, UV radiation curing coating manufacturer, UV radiation
curing equipment manufacturer. He is associated with many organizations
like Rotary International, Returned NRI Association, Art of Living,
Indian Printing, Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers
Association, and Karnataka Offset Printers Association, KOPA.
